How the money works

What a credit is	One finished story, or one character. Story planning, status polls, narrative calibration and safety checks are ordinary calls.
Going over	You are never cut off mid-month for exceeding the allowance. Extra credits appear as a single line on the next invoice at your tier’s rate.
Spending you cannot control	Every organisation has a per-minute rate limit and daily ceilings, enforced server-side. You physically cannot outspend your plan by accident, and the ceilings are yours to raise or lower.
Safety checks	Effectively free within generous caps, deliberately. We will not create a financial reason to skip a safety check.
Tiering	By limits, never by capability. Every tier gets the full engine and the full safety layer. The Clinical tier is a trust review, not a paywall on child wellbeing.
Repricing	We reserve the right to reprice on 30 days’ notice if upstream inference costs move. We will not surprise you inside a term.

Custom Story Types

Story types shaped to your context, on either product. $1,490 a year for up to three, two months free; additional types $490 a year or $49 a month each. Each type is a reviewed safety surface rather than a setting, which is what the price pays for. Therapeutic-adjacent types are handled under Clinical, not sold as an add-on. How it works.
